Дык в сообщение написано что делать, обратиться к хостеру или самому посмотреть причину ошибки в логе ошибок сервера, если таковой доступен.

Чего гадать на кофейной гуще

.htaccess вообше разный в корне сайта и в папке engine. Может не тот правил?

Options -Indexes
DirectoryIndex index.html

можно попробовать удалить.

Больше ничем не могу помочь, нужен лог, гадать можно до посинения Возможно стоит попробовать другой движок, который работает без напрягов

Я тут решыл один сарвер потестит, заливаюдвижек, а мне при заходе на сайт выкидывет ошыбку

пробовал шаманить в файле .htaccess закоментировать/разкоментировать но ничего не помогает(

Проверить httpd.conf на наличие
